Dyfed Powys Police Rural Crime Team (RCT) have been busy supporting the local farming community by carrying out forensic marking on farm equipment including quads, bikes and power tools. As a result, any items stolen can be easily linked back to the owner.
The RCT have also visited livestock markets in Brecon and Talybont to give crime prevention advice and offer to carry out visits to farms to mark farming equipment. They have also been to Radnorshire to mark quads and motorbikes with SelectaDNA and to carry out crime prevention surveys.
